About us

Coming from a very humble background, Mr.Suresh Chandra Malik, started his career as a private financier for 4wheelers & 2 wheelers. Mr. Rajesh Malik took the mantle of the family business in 1991 and the advent of MGC began with the sole motto of delighting customers and employees. MGC became a authorised service provider for Maruti in 1997 and Daewoo Motors in 2000.

After exit of operations by Daewoo from India in 2002, MGC was offered the dealership of TATA MOTORS Passenger Vehicles. In 2009, MGC saw an opportunity and enhanced its portfolio by diversifying. The first break came when MGC was appointed as the sole distributor for Mitsubishi range of heavy duty air conditioners for South India.

In 2010, Suzuki Motorcycles India Pvt Ltd offered LOI for its mid range 2 wheeler segment and 2012 Ashok Leyland Pvt Ltd offered LOI for its Light Commercial Vehicle range.

Over the years MGC has been in the forefront in ensuring reputed brands are made available to all. Continuing on the growth path we took up the franchise for Tanishq in 2017, followed by KIA India in 2020.

It has been the ultimate dream of the younger generation of the Malik family to follow the footsteps of their father. Mr. Karan Malik took charge of the KIA dealerships in 2020 and Mr. Aayush Malik joined the family business in 2021 to lead MGC’s TATA business. With the new generation joining the team of go getters, the group has significantly grown reaching new heights. Focusing on customer delight and employee experience, new technologies and systems have been introduced. Enhancing the portfolio, MGC has now added franchises of Taneira and Mia in 2022.
